NYCBDA was established as a 4th chapter in the month of May 1983 by members who have made personal commitments to uphold the rights and fairness of Black Deaf people.
New York City Black Deaf Advocates are the 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. We are an affiliate of the National Black Deaf Advocates (NBDA). NYCBDA was founded in 1983.
